Things to consider
Before you order, consider box size, coolant needs and delivery conditions to help choose the right packaging for your products.
Duration depends on coolant (gel packs, ice sheets, etc), payload weight, starting temperature and transport conditions. We recommend testing your pack-out with a delivery trial ahead of sending perishables to customers. Contact us for guidance.
For chilled or frozen deliveries, suitable coolant is usually needed. The amount depends on your products, journey length and temperatures you need to maintain.
Allow space for your products, coolant and any protective packaging. Check the internal dimensions and ensure the lid closes fully. If unsure, order a sample to check the fit.
Please note. There is an inner ridge on the underside of our box lids that reduces the internal box height at the edges by 10mm.
