How do I choose the right size?

Start with your product’s outer dimensions (including any trays, vacuum packs or cartons), then choose a box with a little extra space for ice packs and insulation clearance. For best temperature control, aim for a snug fit rather than lots of empty air space. If you’re between sizes, pick the size that allows room for your cooling solution and protective fill.

How do I keep food chilled or frozen in transit?

Temperature performance depends on pack-out, ambient conditions and journey time. For most UK deliveries, the best results come from:
• Pre-chilling products before packing
• Using the right number/type of ice packs
• Minimising empty space inside the box
• Sealing well and avoiding repeated opening

Do you have minimum order quantities and what are delivery times?

There are no minimum order quantities - order what you need, when you need it. Delivery speed depends on the product type and your location, and you’ll see options at checkout.
