Delivery Information

All delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

JB Packaging offers flexible delivery options to suit orders of all sizes, both locally and nationally. We have no minimum order requirement — small orders are dispatched using reliable courier services, while larger consignments are delivered via pallet.

Standard UK Delivery Times

  • Small Parcel Orders: Typically delivered within 2–4 working days
  • Pallet Orders: Standard delivery is within 3 working days from dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders on the next working day after they are placed. During peak times (e.g., December or adverse weather conditions), delivery times may be extended.

Tip: Leave a mobile number at checkout to receive courier updates via SMS.

Parcel Deliveries (Small Orders)

  • Most small orders are delivered within 2 working days
  • Please allow up to 4 working days to account for courier delays
  • Exact delivery times are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the courier

Pallet Deliveries (Polystyrene Boxes)

  • Standard pallet delivery is now 3 working days from dispatch
  • This is due to increased freight volumes in the national courier network

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us to discuss alternative arrangements.

Packaging & Handling

  • Most items are boxed and marked with fragile tape
  • Some smaller orders are packed in polythene bags to reduce costs

We take every care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition. However, if your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Write ‘Damaged in Transit’ on the courier’s delivery note
  • Contact us as soon as possible and include photos if applicable

  • All prices shown are valid at the time of order
  • You will receive an email confirmation and invoice after completing your purchase
  • We reserve the right to amend prices at any time
