Delivery Information
All delivery times are based on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).
JB Packaging offers flexible delivery options to suit orders of all sizes, both locally and nationally. We have no minimum order requirement - sample and parcel orders are dispatched with DPD, while larger consignments are delivered via pallet.
Dispatch and delivery times
Our opening hours are Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm. The order cut-off is 11:30am UK time for parcels and pallets.
In-stock orders received before the cut-off normally dispatch the same working day. Orders received after the cut-off, at weekends or on bank holidays normally dispatch the next working day. We send your dispatch confirmation after carrier collection.

Extended delivery applies to: AB37–AB38, AB54–AB56, FK17–FK21, HS1–HS9, IV1–IV63, KA27–KA28, KW1–KW17, PA20–PA49, PA60–PA78, PH19–PH26, PH30–PH40, PH42–PH44, PH49–PH50, ZE1–ZE3, GY1–GY10, JE1–JE5, IM1–IM99, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25 and BT1–BT99.
Working days are Monday–Friday, excluding applicable bank holidays. Estimates include order handling and transport; extended-area estimates already include the additional delivery time.
Orders placed after the cut-off or on non-working days are processed the next working day. Please refer to the estimated delivery dates shown at checkout.
Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier disruption, adverse weather and peak demand may cause delays. If your order is time-sensitive, contact sales@jbpackaging.co.uk before ordering.
Where we deliver
Online orders are available for delivery to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly.
We do not currently accept online orders for delivery to the Republic of Ireland or other overseas destinations. Available delivery services, charges and estimated dates are shown at checkout after you enter your delivery address.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If possible, note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery record and take photographs of the packaging and affected items.
If any items arrive damaged or incorrect, or are missing, contact sales@jbpackaging.co.uk with your order number and details so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate solution.
Not recording damage at delivery does not affect your statutory rights. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for further information.
Delivery charges and order confirmation
Delivery charges depend on your delivery address, parcel quantity and number of pallets. The applicable charge is calculated at checkout before payment.
Delivery rates quoted excluding VAT have applicable VAT added at checkout. No additional delivery surcharges apply, and we do not currently offer free delivery or delivery discounts.
Orders requiring more than eight parcels are charged using the applicable pallet rate. Pallet charges apply per pallet. For mixed parcel and pallet orders, the delivery charges are added together.
You will receive an order-confirmation email after completing your purchase. A separate dispatch-confirmation email is sent after carrier collection.
Christmas Deliveries 2026
For estimated delivery before Christmas, please order by 11:30am on Tuesday 15 December 2026. Customers in extended-delivery areas should order earlier to allow for the longer delivery times shown above. Delivery before Christmas is not guaranteed.
Orders received after this cut-off will continue to be dispatched up to Friday 18 December, but may arrive after Christmas. Orders placed from Saturday 19 December will be processed when we reopen on Monday 4 January 2027, with dispatch resuming that week.
