Quality product

Good product with good insulation properties.prompt delivery delivery a bit steep. That said the quality of the product outways that. Will continue to purchase from JB Packaging.

Great product but poor delivery

I have been using JB Packaging for quite some time. They are a good company to deal with and their products are great. My only complaint is about the delivery. I don't know who they use, but it is rare not to find damaged or broken items that you only discover when you open the boxes or unwrap the pallet, by which time the delivery company is long gone. That's the only reason I awarded 4 stars instead of five.

Poly plus boxes

There was a initial mix up, but all was resolved pretty swiftly, they even sent me an extra item as a way of compensating me. Brilliant item. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use again, and highly recommend to all.
