Great product but poor delivery 08 September 2015 | Stephen I have been using JB Packaging for quite some time. They are a good company to deal with and their products are great. My only complaint is about the delivery. I don't know who they use, but it is rare not to find damaged or broken items that you only discover when you open the boxes or unwrap the pallet, by which time the delivery company is long gone. Response: Please report any broken boxes and JB Packaging can offer a credit for broken boxes or a discount off your next order, please also email us a picture of any damages where possible. 07 August 2015 | Yameen There was a initial mix up, but all was resolved pretty swiftly, they even sent me an extra item as a way of compensating me.
